Jadellas access statement

Introduction

We aim to meet the needs of all our guests, but to the nature of our property, this can make access for guests with limited mobility difficult.

Jadellas is situated on a gentle hill with bedrooms on different levels, steps on the entrance and between floors make them unsuitable for wheelchair users.

Pre Arrival

Jadellas is situated on a main road with easy access by car.

  • Nearest bus stop to town centre 200 yards.
  • Nearest shop 200 yards
  • Railway Station 3/4 mile.
  • Plenty of taxis available near the station.
  • Distances are approximate.

Arrival

Please advise your approximate arrival time when making your booking. Rooms are available from 2.00pm. We ask that on the day of departure, you vacate your room by 10.00am.

Parking is 'on street' , permits are available and assistance with luggage is available on request.

Main Entrance/Reception

There are 3 steps to the front door. Please ring the bell on arrival located outside on the left. We offer a speedy check in service.

Public Access

All rooms are central heated and double glazed. Laminated floor to hallway, dining room and bar, ground floor toilet. The dining room is accessed off the main hallway. Spacious large tables offer privacy from other guests. A well stocked bar is accessed off the main hallway serving a good range of local draught beers plus popular wines and spirits.

Meals

All meals are prepared fresh and piping hot. All meals are served in the dining room. We offer a flexible approach to serving times suiting the needs of guests. Serving from 6.00am until 9.00am. Our meals are mainly local fresh organic produce, our eggs are free  range and our beverages are faitrade. We are happy to cater for special diets.

Bedrooms

5 Beautifully decorated, fully carpeted bedrooms centrally heated and en-suite are available. Beverages in all rooms with complimentary chocolates. All rooms have TV with digi boxes, hairdryer and clock. 4 of the rooms are on the first floor and 1 room is on the second floor. All bathrooms have either bath and shower or just shower.

Additional Information

A full fire system is in operation. Fire extinguishers are distributed around the Guest House clearly marked. Fire exits are clearly marked. Fully no smoking. Please read the fire instructions sign on the back of your bedroom door. If you have any hearing impairment, please advise us on arrival.
